It feels like it's been forever, doesn't it? And a lot of you might be wondering what the heck is up with that! Well as per usual, things are never dull here at Hilltop! First of all we apologize to all of you who look forward to getting our newsletter, Hope Happens. We did not send out a March one, and we will not be sending out an April edition. We apologize for this whole heartedly, however, this one was out of our hands. You see, just as we were preparing our newsletter for March, we experienced technical difficulties and all of our files were lost forever. For the past few weeks we have been trying to recover what we can. However, we are still not nearly back to our original mailing list! Good news is, that if you weren't receiving our newsletter or wish to start receiving our newsletter now is the time to sign up!
Here's a bit of Hilltop news for those of you who dying to know what's going on!
The Hilltop Youth are working hard to fundraise for their upcoming missions trip! We haven't nailed down exactly where we want to go, but the kids are doing their part to raise the funds. The Lord has really put the spirit of service in those teens! It's such a joy to see the church brimming with the energy the youth brings to us.
April will also see our annual Easter Egg Hunt! It is a great way to get the community involved with what's happening on the hill!
After Easter, the youth and the little makers class will be joining up to present a one-of-a-kind production incorporating their unique talents as well as the joy of puppetry.
Easter Flowers will soon be on sale, so please be sure to be on the lookout for that!
We also have a ton of events planned for the foreseeable future.
